Hello friend~ ❀ How are you? I hope you are doing well :) I am excited for the coming spring. I am sooo done with cold winter. I finally came back to Japan from Paris. I think about well-being and happiness often, and the reasons why I love being surrounded by nature and having a low-key life is because of the quality of life and the environment that makes me realize happiness is simple, like picking up flowers from a garden, or spending equal time with my family, or being blessed to have good quality air by breeze. I like having pauses in life and doing meditation and self-care for my well-being. I will share a part of my low-key lifestyle in this video as well as how I relax like a cat. lol ♡ Miki

@@mikiisayama Wished I had the courage again. Before i would have been able but today... no balls anymore. I mean, when I am in foreign country, im freezed by 'i do not know what' and do nothing... other thzn organised visit or so... went to Hawai and Brisbane for study a bit and on ly free weeks, i barely did something.... scared? Alone? Feeling overwhelmed ? I dont know why... wish I could travel, really ! And yeah also, il not rich so it hold back... if only I had a good travel buddy or knowing people around the world who could make me visit and take me around to see the REAL country and so on :'(
