As a completely lost twenty year old college student, thank you Mr. Singer for giving us wisdom that is so hard to find in western society. You are the only person that frames life in a way where I think, yes, this I know is true. The hope he gives me for a beautiful life- and not one where I run around like a headless chicken trying to get things that will never fulfill me. I would give anything to have discovered Michael Singer at your age. So much unnecessary stress that society puts on young adults. The grades, the degree, the marriage partner, the career choice. I turned out doing pretty well for myself, but it would have been so much easier and more enjoyable had I known about Michael Singer's teachings.

The external reliance is a dependency, one you like or don’t like. I opine a different angle; that the knowledge of how we attach or link external things and it determines a internal experiences . Just delink the internal experience to external events. External Events bring similar vibrations of old events. When a similar vibration happens on a old event we think remember feel both events because we still have the old vibrations related to these old events in us. This is because we’re still carrying it. Eliminating not carrying the old events and vibrations by observing vibrations and just witnessing..

Where is the joy? What do you go to to get happiness? Is it giving you happiness? Your heart doesn’t have to go to the external things to obtain feelings of love or happiness. Just because you want to change your internal state you I think when they approve of me And am liked I’ll feel better. Addictive! You continue to question what that could possibly mean,because it seems so outrageous then you watch a beautiful sunset or go to the cat shelter and look at the sweet little baby kittens and I’m those seconds when your lips pull back into a smile you will be living in your heart If you can find one thing that makes you feel a smile keep doing it. How do I be in front of someone who is spewing toxic stuff from their own inside blockages? Do I just say “if the sun is shining, you won’t be able to see it if you’re looking down”? I feel like that might make them more mad or I just do I just gently walk away. ? For me, ultimately, I’d like to diffuse or eliminate their upset and create love. Can you do a video on how to master this?

What if you're not one of the superficial people hes always talking about? I don't get upset by rain, I love rain. I dont get upset by stupid stuff. It's the big stuff, the tragedies, the losses. Not everyone is so superficial, not everyone is new to meditation and awareness practice. Please address this. 🙏

When Mickey talks about the moment in front of you being perfect, he is not saying it is right. It is just a culmination of every force acting to bring about that moment. Mickey actually emphasises how important it is to look after our physical being so if a woman is being raped or beaten (or anyone), it's a terrible thing. And if we have the ability to get out of that situation, we must do all we can to do so. But what true compassion is about is that we have the power to overcome it. He doesn't want you to carry that with you for the rest of your life. He wants us to find joy and happiness despite all the terrible things that have happened to us.

No it's not in the mind. We eventually learn to accept, honor and feel the intensity so it may pass as well 🙏 It's not easy...
