Menace to Society almost Runs Himself Over During Pursuit

- Man flees traffic stop in Winnebago County and makes the mistake of entering Fond du Lac County. Deputies pursue the man, who eventually flees on foot and almost runs himself over. The man is found to have 8 warrants for his arrest and 5 open felony cases. He now sits in the Fond du Lac County Jail on a $100k cash bond.

Am I the only one who finds it absolutely infuriating that these criminals start asking for things the second they get arrested? I want water, I want to vape, I want to call my girl. Son, you have messed up royally and can get a drink in the jail cell and make your calls from there. This kid would be laughed at down in Arkansas.
I agree, it’s beyond infuriating that these criminals act so entitled that they believe they deserve preferential treatment. All the “I wants” or “When can I do/get…” is enough to want me to gag them so we don’t have to listen.
I was born in the Twin Cities of Minnesota back in the 60s & we also lived for a short time in Iowa & vacationed in Wisconsin. We moved to California as my single mom (our father was a deadbeat & wasn’t paying his child support or even coming to see us after our parents divorced) wanted a break from the brutal winters in MN, causing her to have unpaid, missed work from the black ice on the roads. It’s very disheartening to see my beloved Midwest having to deal with crime & the meth epidemic, I remember being able to leave our home unlocked during the day & being able to have the garage door up. We never had that option were we lived because you would get stuff stolen, or worse, depending on the area you live in. My heart goes out the hardworking people there, I wish we could stop this criminal activity, in every state, so the honest, law abiding citizens didn’t have to pay the price of a criminal’s acts.
And it’s infuriating to me that she gets less time with double the charges and one of the charges bail jumping which means she has a history already.
Almost as infuriating as the milk toast cops like "You okay buddy? You okay pal? No hard feelings but you almost killed a bunch of people." fucking infantile!
Because Arkansas is probably as good as it gets. I live in Fla but 100% admire Arkansas police❤❤. They take no bs from anyone for any reason. Wish they could train other states be the same. Fla and GA seem to at least be trying but with the useless courts, judges, and prosecuters it's a shame

Wisconsin LEO seem to be very risk averse to pit maneuvers, etc. Quite a difference when compared to Arkansas LEO
WHY IS HE NOT IN JAIL😳 with all those charges and warrants and felony accounts why isn’t he in prison? We need to re-form the chain gangs we used to have and put these guys out to work 12 hours A day seven days a week for their term of incarceration we need to have prison work camps so that they grow their own vegetables and cows and food and put these guys to work in them give them skills give them purpose give them punishment!!!

I believe you have to be certified to perform a PIT maneuver legally.
Everything is regulated now, including not being able to slap him silly once they caught him.
It took them forever to get permission to PIT. It has got to be department policy to not do that or the brass is slow on the uptake to okay things. That nonsense of 'try to box him in' looks good on a report but does no good in practice.
Not everyone can do it and a lot of counties don’t perform it because it’s very dangerous.
