The second I heard that first question I was screaming at my screen ”IT’S BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH!!”. Benedict actually did learn how to play the violin for those interested. He needed the skill for his role as Sherlock Holmes and as an ex violin player myself, who invested many years into playing violin.. I think Benedict did an amazing job for the time he was given.
