Dumpster Fire Spreads To Strip Mall | PHOENIX

Phoenix Fire crews responded to reports of a structure fire near 43rd Avenue and Thomas Road around 3:00 AM Wednesday morning.
●
Upon arrival fire crews found a dumpster fire on the North end of a commercial strip mall that had extended into the structure.
●
Crews balanced the assignment to a working fire, deployed multiple handlines for fire attack and forced entry into 2 affected businesses.
●
Fortunately firefighters on scene were able to quickly extinguish the blaze before it could spread throughout the rest of the strip mall.
●
No injuries have been reported and the building was unoccupied at the time of the incident.
