    Thank you, but these are only external manifestations of change management.
    In reality, the success of change goes much deeper into the organisation. Moreover, change can be very different.
    Each change can affect several layers in an organisation. The most manageable layer to change is the organisational layer, where the visible management structures change. It is much harder to change the process layer because it affects how people work without labels on their offices.
    Then there are the layers related to the management system and the cognitive capacity of the organisation. These are even more complex layers but still easier to modernise than the corporate culture layer.
    The most difficult layer to change is the mentality layer. But it is the foundation of powerful breakthroughs and the cause of resounding failures in implementing even an intensely inspiring vision.
    Unfortunately, it has very little to do with celebration and reward.
