Bulgaria might have a very low tax rate but if there is nothing to make money doing in Bulgaria, then tax rates are irrelevant.

The idea is that you already earn money before you move somewhere.

I live in Japan. Very easy country to immigrate to, you just have to play the game. Once you’re in you stay in as long as you keep learning the language.
Shhhh. Dont tell them the secret!!!
Isn’t income tax like 50%? How do you manage?
@theanimecompletionist
Hold up, how is Japan easy to immugrate to? Am I missing something here?
@@alanwalkman29 You keep learning the language. Probably through a language school, which kinda makes sense. A lot of countries do it that way.
Ohhh you’re living me dream! I’d love to know how you did it and what the process was like outside of learning the language as that takes time and money! So how do you get by without spending more than you make ?
Property in parts of Italy might be cheap to buy but the property taxes are high especially as a foreigner and it will get worse.
The other big problem in Italy is that there are Italians in Italy. Lets not forget that Pinochio came from Italy.
Meaning the Eye-Ties are mythomaniacs?
German population is flat because true Germans are not having children but foreigners with German citizenship (Turkes) are rising very fast.

Wow Andrew this was a thought-provoking take. Thank you, my good man stay blessed...
Thank you for your kind words! Glad you found the video thought-provoking.
Moldova has 7% corporate tax rate for IT companies. 0% income tax if you work for such company.
Rural Japan is beautiful.
Sometimes you come across a really useful YT channel. This is one of them.
One of your best videos yet. Now we are going places. Now we don’t have to be rich to follow you. Start catering more to the common man and you will be loved by all.
It's the EU that makes the decisions more complicated because they are becoming more and more dictatorial. Invest outside the EU in my opinion. For instance italy changed their tax regime from 90% to 50% because of pressure from the EU. "saying - its unfair to locals - Yeah, they miss out on tax. Lots to think about.
Harmonizing the market is not authoritarianism ya full on yank

If you want the real wild card, get good old-fashioned raw unfiltered freedom & opportunity, go to Bosnia & Hercegovina.
The people there will stay "analog" for at least our lifetime. There's no place for digitalization, cbdc and the western modernization(degeneration) trend!
It's the ultimate "wild wild west" in Europe!
If you got cash, anything, and I mean ANYTHING is possible.
Japan may be a good place to visit or retire in but it’s not an ideal place for those seeking work because their culture of work is from 8am to 2 am in the morning.
I'd rather be dead. Unless I enjoyed the work, of course.
Happy New Year N C ! Good health to you ALL ! 🎯
Thanks for these Andrew (and staff). I love learning and would like to eventually follow-through with a modified trifecta (maybe quatrofecta??) My biggest challenge is that my business and my revenue comes from physical assets in the United States. I literally can't translate it into online revenues. I'd love to hear more about ways for folks to transition into making location independent money. Hopefully I can find something that helps fill the gaps in income streams.
I think Romania is going to change quickly. When communism fell, the youth left because there were no job opportunities with no more communist factories. Now, those people are coming to retirement age and want to move back "home". I have never met a Romanian that didn't want to move back. Over the next 10-15 years, depending upon what happens in the world of course, Romania will experience a housing and economic boon.
If they're all coming home to retire then there won't be any economic boom

There is a catch with the one dollar properties they have to be renovated
Well done! Thank you!
I think the cost of living is the real reason why populations are declining in countries across the world....People just cannot afford to have children.....
you mean they refuse to give up their travels and sacrifice to have children
What about Morocco, Safest country in the region, Great food people, Hosting World cup in 2030, Tons of investments. Can you do a Video about Morocco ?
Great food people ? Your eating Moroccans ?
I guess you meant: You are eating people? Your eating people is also grammatically incorrect. Three fingers point back to you, friend. Clearly, the person who wrote the original comment is a non-native english speaker. Also, judging by the mistake you made, you are a native speaker. I wonder if you speak any other languages? My guess is you don’t. Okay, here is another guess: I am guessing you do not have a good education. You may ask: Why?? Well, you do not seem to know any other languages(lack of empathy for people functioning in a second language - you don’t know how challenging it is) and you seem to have trouble writing properly in the only language you are supposed to know and you think xenophobic jokes are funny for the shock value. You, my friend, are not funny or smart. You are just sad. However, every person can change their fate! Go get a library card and learn to enjoy reading a book first - the rest will come in time. Good luck!
Hi Andrew! I followed your advice and bought several properties in Tbilisi (Vake area). Would you sell at this moment?

The data doesn't support any major movement from urban to rural areas in Italy. Sounds like anecdotal evidence on that "going back to the farm" idea.
I love this man and wish he also had a lifestyle channel.
So thankful I found this channel. I'm still a long ways away from being able to act on any of the advice given here, but I no longer feel that I'm forever cursed to be subjected to and robbed by American taxes and laws.

A tenement in Detroit vs a villa in Southern Italy... hmm, lemme think...
Definitely So. Italy: A change of pace from the ordinary life in a suburb!
@PatRisberg Haha. Yes. I was thinking of what Michigan used to be like in the glory days of the automobile industry, before it was economically hurt...
And the Cartels in Mexico are even worse.@PatRisberg
@PatRisberg Sure, "the Cosa Nostra is a thousand times worse in the USA", that's why half of the USA is depopulated and most young Americans are applying for Italian visas 😂

Serbia is on my radar but the country seem really unstable recently. Does anyone that lives there has any infos about the quality of life and the political stability?
Only that we spend time there and have people on the ground there. There have been a few protests but none of us has been effected.
My Intuition, Italy is Not Safe with the Volcanoes Please Consider this Fact.
My biggest concern in any of these countries is the quality of healthcare.
Actually, the knowledge of the medical staff is greater than in the USA. Some hospitals might not be as well equipped, but it's the doctor that matters more. Another point, it's available to everyone, regardless of their financial status. Third, medical tourism is quite popular. People from western countries come to us for excellent, affordable healthcare.

I have a question for you Andrew did you get alot of push back from the us goverment when you renounced your us citizenship?
For some reason i deal with alot of agents following me around the globe but the us goverment says they have no business with me talked to few lawyers last one was named myers about some money some feds stole from me he said since there are no charges filled no offical paper work there's nothing he or I can do about it. I've tried moving to 3 different countries so far you would think renouncing your us citizenship or migrating from the USA wouldn't be a big deal people leave the usa all the time it's funny looking at all the trouble and push back im facing because i left. It feels good to see the market in green, but just how long until we actually break even, I’m the average retail trader, DCA-ing, buying and holding on to stocks for eons, but it’s like I’m up 5% today and down 17% the next week, Yes the market is very Darwinian, there’s winners and losers, and it’s looking like I’ve been on a losing streak, while others make huge 6figure gains in the same market. What strategies are these folks using?
I have to disagree about Moldova.

Immigration? Wrong. Poland is losing population because of demographic crisis. There are more people dying than being born. Add to that the strict anti immigration stance, and we have population decline.
