When I have potatoes and eggs at home, I make this easy and quick breakfast or dinner in 5 minutes! Simply grate the potatoes and add the egg. Nobody believes that I make it so easy. An inexpensive, quick recipe!
Recipe 1.
1-2 potatoes.
Grease a baking pan with butter.
Salt, pepper, paprika.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Eggs.
Mozzarella.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Recipe 2.
Eggs.
tablespoons of sour cream.
Salt pepper.
Potatoes.
Dill.
Cheese.
Butter.
Cook on low for 40 minutes.

Ich finde das Gericht in der Pfanne hätte ich gewendet und auf der anderen auch noch mal gebartet und weniger Dill benützt.
Das Gericht im Backofen fehlt bei den Kartoffeln unten das knusprige, aber sonst eine schöne Idee.
