I didn't know he went to train in Dagestan, that's very interesting. In the cage, obviously Mudaerji is very interesting, he's a knockout artist; but with this video talking about his upbringing, I find him fascinating overall. Thanks for promoting this guy

Yo this is so awesome!! I already know most of Su Mudaerji's story, been watching him since his UFC debut and saw many of his fights outside of UFC. He truly is such an amazing dynamic striker, his footwork is insane. He blasts you with a straight left and then he moves away so fast before you have the chance to hit him back
He deserves this push and promotion from the UFC. UFC is promoting their Asian fighters really well these days. I know Dana White went crazy on promoting Doo Ho Choi prior to his Cub Swanson fight

@@for.u925 There are currently 5-6 Indian MMA fighters in One FC. The first Indian born UFC fighter made his debut in 2017 but lost to Song Yadong. India also has many MMA promotion, check out Matrix Fight Night, SFL, Bidang MMA, Yoddha Fighting Championship. MMA is fast catching up in India hermano. Also, a lot many Indian MMA fighters come from northeast India..these people are racially similar to Sumudaerji and Saenchai .

Do Tibetan people usually consider themselves Chinese? I thought their was a huge controversy about that
I think people from Tibet claim they are independent from China, but China obviously claims Tibet as it’s own. I’m sure China claim Tibet because it is used as a buffer against its neighbouring countries. This is based off a video I watched ages ago so I might not be 100% correct😂

More probably most of the people who watched this video might be bit confused with “he talking about two different nationalities ‘Tibetan’ & ‘Chinese’ and then there are Chinese fighters and he being the first “Tibetan UFC Fighter”.
There is no conflict here, he identifies as being a Tibetan Chinese as a lot of Tibetans in China do nowadays. He doesn't come from the exile community and has different ideologies.

He said he is Chinese, and posted pictures wearing the Chinese flag on multiple occasions. He literally went to Lhasa to train the PLA to fight the Indians. His political affiliation is very clear. Pro-Tibetan independence people outside China just doesn't want to deal with this reality.
