  • Ever wonder what might be causing you to feel full so fast all the time?
    In this video we'll cover four of the most common reasons people have a hard time feeling satisfied with their food, and how to overcome them.
    The first 3 reasons are for food, the last reason is for medical condition.
    1 - Carbs and Salt Catch 22 - Carbs and salt put you an unhealthy eating cycle where you are full but not satisfied and need to eat more cabs and salt to feel satisfied. See the Catch 22?
    2 - Food Intolerance - You may have a food intolerance that you need to get tested for
    3 - Too Much Air - Soda and a particularly bad habit of gulping air when you eat may make you feel bloated. Cut out the soda and slow down!
    4 - Undiagnosed Medical Condition - Do a full day of healthy eating without any snacks. If you still feel like something is wrong then see a doctor.

    With pizza I don’t get full fast, I can easily eat 8 slices, but if I eat a can of tuna and steamed white rice I get full really fast. And I don’t get hungry that fast, I’m usually hungry 9 hours later. I only eat 1 meal per day, a turkey sandwich with banana and water or Gatorade.

    Most cases of feeling full too fast are more related to hiatal hernias, Peptic ulcers disease, gastritis, and gastroparesis. Eating too many carbs is not a definition of why you feel full so fast ..

    Hey, I have a super light stomach, I can eat one bowl of rice and not eat for the rest of the day because I’m not hungry, I’m struggling with weight (gaining weight) I’m trying to gain weight and everyone tells me to get more calories but I can’t eat much at all, any ideas of what I should do? How do I gain more calories if I cant eat much or drink thick liquids.

      Solution is to get a shake that has a lot of calories search that up and drink it it probably contains 800 calories around that and get more snacks when you finished a meal or so

    I eat alot of ground food like we call it here, things like cassava carrots patatoes, sweet red patatoes, corn pumpkin jams etc.
    Just a little of shis all, just steamed, not cooked, wirh fish, makes me feel full for the whole day.
    My main diet consist of steamed vegetables, cassava patatoes pumpming etc, with fish, or chicken broth.
    I generated a dislike for pork, dont know why, but i cant stand it.

    Like I can eat two bites of something ( btw I eat pretty healthy regularly) and then I feel like I’m gonna vomit like I’m completely full Idkkk

    I can take 4 or 5 bites of my food and already start to feel full. Im 5'3" and weigh 114-117 pounds. Ive always been small and always have had trouble eating larger portions. I will try your advice, thanks for posting.
    Do you think it's normal for someone smaller to get full really quick?
