I still remember you first caught that wild rooster who have a sharp voice of crowing, the same day you caught the hen at your old home. Yes, I remember very well Robert. When you just moved to the current location, you went back to the old hut to collect veggies, you saw the traces of forest chickens, you set up the traps. The following day you returned you found a pair of chickens! One hen & one rooster! I was so happy for you ! Back then a number of viewers said you set up the scene as if the chickens were trapped 😂🤣, but I could tell you trapped them as I could see clearly your true happy expression on your face! How amazing! Within a year you are able to multiply the chickens by 50 times! 🤩😍👍

All the steps from building chicken coops, weaving baskets for breeding little chics, to bonding of the mother hens with their offspring, are all time consuming and so very delicate. Your tenacity in getting this project going and flourishing is truly impressive. Astonishingly you achieved this while rearing the ever increasing number of pigs and cultivating a huge variety of crops in the vegetable gardens. Your multitasking skills and work ethos are exceptional.

Nice video. This remind me my youth at my parents small farm. We had a bunch of chicken, turkeys, ducks and guinea hens running around , free range. I was in charge to feed them every morning with whatever we had (grains , corns, veggies etc) , I just called them and they would flock around me quickly to get their morning treat . I enjoyed this quite a bit, it was a lot of fun. I am impressed you were able to start from scratch with wild chickens.
