Misaki, what a spoiled brat that took advantage of her position in the first place. I'm glad her father is a good person that won't tolerate her daughter's wrongdoings and despite the lecture, she still has a big ego. I think both of her parents needed to lecture her bigtime to fix her ego and make her reflect that with the attitude of hers, she won't be successful in her life.

Experience and quality are intrinsically linked in factory work. And new hires need to be brought in at the pace that the training system can handle. Bringing in greenhorns faster than they can be trained *properly* is a recipe for disaster.
Management can learn *so much* just from making rounds of the production floor, asking fairly basic & open questions, and taking notes.

Amazing story! Serves Misaki right! For acting all high and mighty, behaving like a spoiled brat and for hiring and firing employees because she thinks that they are useless in her point of view. She deserves to be defeated, rejected and punished! Keichi made a good choice of quitting that company since Misaki is a big problem to the company and all she does is claim that company like it is her kingdom, not do her work properly and for doing bad things. Keichi and Yui really put Misaki in her place of defeat and punishment. In conclusion, I wish Keichi and Yui good luck as a cute couple!😊🖤🤎💖

Damn, Misaki. She needs to deflate that ego of hers. I'm surprised her ego can fit in the same room as her.
There are lines you just don't cross in a business. Carter Carbuerator Company found that out the hard way back in the late 70s, when one of their factories got torched, they chose to outsource, leading to inferior quality product. The company tanked and went bankrupt by the mid 80's due to that.
Guess Misaki needs to learn that lesson the hard way.

Fate of misaki:-> misaki was so focused on mass production that she neglected the safety measures for product and the requirements of the client needs and then the client filed a report for obstruction of business due to wrong material and negligence in providing the correct material due which she was investigated and later arrested by the police she is now regretting everything she did but now there is no hope for her to live a normal life.
Fate of the ceo:-> the ceo took full responsibility of what happened as he neglected his employees and believed his daughter he stepped down as the ceo and gave all of his shares to keiichi and requested him to become the ceo. also he started working as a normal person in keichi's company he also went to each of his employees and apologized to them.

What role did the girl have in the company?
Because it's strange that she has all that power without anyone watching over her.
Where was the big boss all this time?
At 4:25 the factory manager says he spoke to the president about the quality issue and yet nothing has changed.
What were you waiting for to intervene?
Over 6 months have passed since the director resigned and many other employees had resigned.
What else was the CEO waiting for to intervene?
Did he sit on the riverbank waiting for his company to fail or did he have a plan?
At 8:03 we understand that he didn't have a plan... on the contrary... asks those who are there for suggestions on possible solutions.
And the solution is ... ask Keiichi for help. Keiichi who is currently working for another company (I hope the protagonist got the okay from his employer to help out).
Which in the end isn't that the protagonist said much new in that meeting or that Yui herself didn't already know.
So what's the point of having him intervene?
    #2
The fact that Yui was only able to save what she could by working behind the scenes while the other did damage is a little strange.
He had the power to do all this but he never thought to go and talk about the situation at higher levels?
