You should do Neymar since he couldn’t reach his full potential. Messi already has done so much so it wouldn’t be very good. Also I know a lot of people are asking you to do a goalkeeper career mode but I tried it and all you do is stand there. You only get two minutes of playing time even if you start so I don’t think you should do it.
