After my time in Siargao, I take a fastcraft to Surigao port, which is around 1 hour and 30 minutes away. I got off the boat in Surigao and saw that Surigao Boulevard wasn't far away, so I set out on foot. As I walked along the avenue, I was astounded by the peaceful atmosphere and the spectacular views of the ocean. In this video, I'll take you on a tour of Surigao Boulevard, a popular spot for both visitors and locals. More than a kilometer long, Surigao Boulevard is lined with restaurants and food stands selling regional delicacies. Fishing, boating, and island hopping are just some of the recreational options available on the boulevard. In addition to witnessing beautiful sunrises and sunsets, visitors may also learn about the region's thriving fishing industry and buy fresh seafood from the fishermen themselves. It is also the location of the well-maintained public park Rizal Park, named for the Filipino national hero Jose Rizal, and the ancient Surigao del Norte Province Capitol building. In conclusion, one of the best things to do in Surigao City is to stroll along Surigao Boulevard. Offering a rare medley of scenic splendor, historical significance, and outdoor recreation, it is truly one-of-a-kind. Whether you're passing through on the way to or from Siargao, Surigao Boulevard is a beautiful place to stop and relax.
