    Homemade sauerkraut | Rich in probiotics, only cabbage and salt needed
    ✏️Ingredients
    Cabbage or cabbage 1kg (1000g)
    20 g sea salt
    Peppercorns (optional)
    Bay leaves (optional)
    *The jar must be sterilized with boiling water.
    *Leave at room temperature for 10 days (4 days in summer)
    *Because the fermentation process will produce nitrite, it is safer to eat it after a month.
