Being the huge fan of the Lord I am, he is amazing and has some weight to him. Got mine today and think this is maybe hot toys quality. I have a lot of hot toys and he looks just as good as any of them. That arm is ashame and I would even go as far as to contact them for a replacement. I’m messing with mine and don’t seem to have that arm problem. His blade weapon seems to be made very well. It has a lot of weight to it and blades seem like they are made of steel. His gun case is another nice touch, minus the absence of the photo. They left that out for some reason, it’s my only complaint. As far as the detail goes, in hand I think they nailed his look. For under $200 with the price of hot toys and other high end figures, it’s worth every penny to me. Might just be one of my favorite figures right now and I own a lot of stuff. This might just be the ultimate and only Lord H we are ever gonna see. I wasn’t impressed with Max one they did and Wez I had some issues with the ruffle feathering around his neck. Looked somewhat cheap and not right to me. The rest of the figure looked good though. I think I paid $180 for this from Gundamit and they still have some available. Great review man! Hope you were able to get the arm resolved.

Absolutely 💯 it’s a shame about the photo (I didn’t realise it was missing until after the review🙄) As you say their Wez needed some work and I think we have yet to see the definitive Max from a 3rd party. I think the body looks just fine , he wasn’t that bulky but a leaner muscles mass , I m keeping mine the way it is ❤️❤️❤️

"Mask: Cooper HM6 hockey mask. The mask was originally white plastic but was painted silver and detailed with black paint to look like steel with [a] dingy patina. Wire mesh was attached underneath the holes in the mask. The original straps were replaced with what appear to be leather straps fastened together with copper rivets."
I tried to look at as many reference photos I could find online, and I think that this mask is probably a very close approximation of how the costume was intended to be seen on screen 🤷 The mask was definitely plastic, but it was supposed to be painted to resemble metal 😎👍 I think that the headsculpt would have taken on somewhat of a cheap, cartoonish look if it was white/lighter in color. Got this arriving next week, really nice selection of accessories. Might just have to repaint the mask. Yeah I might end up putting mine on a Phicen M35 body to, hopefully its compatible. Thanks for the review. Im really looking forward to this now.

One thing I am going to do is find a little black and white photo to add to the case in 1/6 scale and an extra medal ( there were 4)

Great review mate. Just got mine and looking forward to replacing the body as well. The promo photos show a few pics of him without the “cape” so I’ll definitely be removing that since he doesn’t have it for the majority of the movie (from memory).

I must admit, I don’t recall the film all that well but fairly sure I have seen it years ago on a vhs tape! 😂 I am 100% with you on the need for a body swap as the seams just take you out of the illusion of reality with the figure. I think this is a character that could almost perhaps have been sold as a clothing , accessories and head sculpt only kit and you provide your own body. I have a few like this and they can turn out really good. I believe there is a good figure in there with the actions you propose and would be interested to see you revisit this post changes. I know you have a few figures you intend to work on and I firmly believe this guy could be a real surprise with how well he turns out. Appreciate another great and candid review, with some great pieces incoming I am looking forward to more content on the channel , especially intrigued to see Leather Face as I enjoy a selection of horror pieces in any collection, enjoy the rest of your weekend and as always mind how you go👍
Many thanks for the comments and support👍🏼 Absolutely 💯 a clothing kit and headsculpt would probably have been a better direction for Premier to go in with this one. The body is too shiny, those joints are ugly and unreliable and cheapen the finished product. It’s a real shame because their Immortan Joe figure is spectacular and their Wez is also pretty good but they dropped the ball here quite badly. I will do a video of the body swap and mods because as you say there is a very good figure in here trying to get out👌🏼I am looking forward to the Why Studios leatherface which should be here pretty soon, never had anything from Why but apparently they make parts for Inart so it should be interesting. Mines coming in a couple days. I love Premier Toys for doing these and I have all their Mad Max figures except Doof Warrior bc that’s just way too expensive and would take up a ton of space anyway lol
Absolutely 💯 it’s great to see Premier Toys tackling the Max IP. I just had to go all in when the Doof Warrior was announced and have it on preorder with a review coming up as soon as it arrives👍…god only knows where I’m going to put it😂

Very good review. The figure looks good, ...with the issues you've shown. I'm reading the parts list and noted that the melee weapon handle should represent bone and that there should be a photograph inside the gun case. Can't wait to see the Immortan Joe review.

he looks to lean, I think he's bulkier and less defined muscle wise. I hope the body swap looks great.
