Appreciate this video Mimik. Rattle is pretty much my local news at this rate, and he deserves allies to back him up through this.

I know of at least one person Rattle Pokemon incorrectly accused of wrongdoing. His followers mass reported his eBay listings as fraudulent, resulting in getting his payouts suspended. He had to verify the legitimacy of the items in his eBay store. They tried to destroy his business. This person is not a scammer. He did nothing wrong.
I’m only asking for people to look into this situation and take it more seriously. Then decide for themselves to take action or not. I do honestly believe Rattle has the absolute best of intentions and this hobby does absolutely need people like him.
@@MimikBrew I think his intentions are to create content for his channel. That means he needs people and companies to call scammers, criminals, and weiner babies. What happens when he's wrong?
He made a video four months ago where he said CGC "stole" a customer's card. Someone sent a $500 CGC graded 10 card to get a new holder. The problem was the card was reported stolen. CGC had a copy of the police report and confiscated the card. Rattle said the card should have been returned to the customer. That would require CGC to knowingly traffic stolen property. He said CGC had no right to confiscate the card without a warrant, meaning they, CGC stole it. That's just not true. He also said CGC should have paid the customer $500 since they wouldn't send the card back to him. That would require CGC to knowingly buy stolen property. That's a crime.
If you look at the comments for the video, quite a few people agree with Rattle that CGC stole the card. That's unfortunate because CGC did the right thing.
