Ingredients For Recipe
Pani (Water ) 1 & 1/2 Cup
Zarde ka Rang (Yellow Food Colour) 1/4 tsp
Besan (Garam Flour) 2 tbsp
Namak (Salt) 1/2 tsp
Kuti hui lal Mirch (Red Chili Flakes) 1/2 tsp
Bhuma kuta Hua dhania (Coriander Seeds) Crushed 1/2 tbsp
Bhuna Kuta Hua Zeera (Cumin Seeds) Crushed 1 tsp
Chaat Masala 1/2 tbsp
Imli Plup (Tamarind Plup) 1/2 Cup
Channa (Chickpeas) Boiled 3 Cup
Piyaz (Onion) Chopped 1/2 Cup
Tamater (Seedless Tomatoes) Chopped 1/2 Cup
Hari Mirch (Green Chillies) Chopped 2-3
Hara Dhania (Coriander leaves) Chopped 2 tbsp
Dahi (Yogurt) whisked as required
Chaat Masala
Aloo (Potatoes) Boiled as required
Papri As required
Hara Dhania as required
- In a Pan Add Water yellow food colour,Gram flour and mix it well until combined.
- Add Salt,Red Chili powder, crushed coriander seeds, Crushed cumin seeds,red Chili flakes,Chaat Masala,mix it well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add Tamarind Plup ,mix it well, add boiled Chickpeas and Cook until water dries up while mixing in between.
- Now add Chopped Onion, Tomatoes, Green Chillies, Coriander leaves and give it good mix.
- In a Serving bowl add cooked chickpeas, Yogurt,boiled Potatoes,chaat Masala,papri , chopped Coriander and serve!
All the recipes and dishes I have made are referenced and learned on the internet, youtube, google... I'm not the first to make them, not the first to create a certain dish. . I just change the ingredients to make the dish suit my taste. And I just hope my video has an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like.
