Me and my partner have been trying since July 2021 had 1 depo shot and ever since my periods have been so irregular some months I've had 2 periods with little break then I won't bleed for a month its so disheartening and upsetting cant even have intercourse regularly due to periods so erratic ! I have pcos too and I don't get my periods either
I used to get it normally but for the past few years it has completely stopped
Don't worry, it's not curable but it can be suppressed
I would recommend you to start working out and avoid eating iodine rich food and food that has sugar in it
Avoid junk food and eat as many fruits and vegetables as you can
If you're a non vegetarian, you can eat home cooked meat
Get yourself checked by a good gynecologist as you'll have to undergo hormonal treatment
It's the same with me..don't be disheartened

At 1:20 Mams expressions were not happy and as u starts to explain so she decided not to speak much about irregualr periods, thats why she stuck to ovulation point till last😂😂😂
