A couple of things come to mind. No smoke means there no fuel is being injected into the cylinders and that has a couple of causes. I'd probably check the monitor panel for fault codes first thing. If there were none, I'd check to see that any throttle controls were moving to the run position. You can go to the web site for Heavy Equipment Forums and as the question there and someone can provide a lot more detailed information.

Is FFF2 (the code you entered to access the service menu) a default setting?
    Thanks!

It will enter the service mode on most all the excavators of this model. It works on C models also. The other service password is 9992. Thanks for the comment.

Hi sir, I have a cat 322c excavator, I have been having problems for a few days now, the engine display is low and the hydraulic level is low, the engine oil pressure is low. Let me know what you think

I don''t understand what you are asking. Are you saying you have a problem with your display and gauges or are you saying that fluid levels and pressures are low?

Good video. You want to communicate with you. Do you have a program.

My service menu doesn't have all those options in it just has maintenance and password change no diagnostic or calibration and stuff, it used to have them before but they just disappeared, any help?

    • @repairsecrets

Did you go to the far right side icon and then put in the code FFF2?

@@repairsecrets yes I did, but I dont see the calibration option, they used to be there but for some reason there aren't anymore, do you have any idea why it might have disappeared?

@@aaronpierre1952 I'm not sure about that. Has anyone else worked on the machine since you saw the calibration section? Have there been any updates loaded into your machine? I don't recall if the passwords can be changed for the service section but it might be possible with the laptop program.
