How to make Ube Ice Cream at home?

- HOW TO MAKE UBE ICE CREAM?
Ube is one of the most favorite flavor for ice cream of Filipinos. Along the street, there is usually a guy, rolling a cart with "sorbetes" inside. We called this "sorbetes" as dirty ice cream, not because its dirty but maybe because its not the usual ice cream in a tub. The usual flavors are cheese, ube and chocolate.
This ube ice cream is perfect topping for "halo halo". Or you can just eat it as it is. Commercially ube macapuno is the usual flavor and not just ube.
For your reference I have a video of "no ube"ube halaya recipe below. This is the ube halaya that I used to make this ice cream. I added ube flavor to enhance the color and the taste.
You will noticed, I added the condensed milk gradually to the ube halaya so I can mix it better. Same with the Ube extract I added it gradually till I got my desired color and flavor.

500 ml whipping cream
1/2 can condensed milk (150 ml)
1/2 cup ube halaya
1 1/2 teaspoons ube extract/ube flavor
