I'd bring my laptop, because a major form of relaxation for me is writing. Great in the very early mornings when little else would be going on.

Blow dryers are usually not great for someone who styles hair w a blow dryer… I bring one every time

What I've noticed BEFORE Wi-Fi was a thing on cruise ships, people talked to each other but now EVERYBODY is clued to their cell phones and computers.
even the cruise lines offer instant messaging between cabins, a think recently learned that cruisers create facebook to group before get on board. but in this time, they cannot live without internet access.
@@Lordnet It's really a shame, because the only time I take my phone with me is if I'm going out of my general area in case I need to catch an Uber home. Society has surely changed.

I'm a Latino male, but Yeah, I need my specific conditioner, shampoo and shower gel. Took years to perfect, and don't want "Medusa" hair while on va-ca (I have longer curly hair, lol) and my skin can get 'itchy' with the wrong shower gel.
Every hotel and cruise ship I have been to has provided toiletries. However, now that they have gone to refilling canisters in the shower rather than handing out little bottles, I have to bring my own. I am allergic to many ingredients used in these products and I can’t read ingredients on the dispensers. I would rather pack my own than spend a couple of weeks with a rash.
Unfortunately, i am allergic to other skin care thats why i always bring my own. I love it that Norweigian have L'occitane products though.

One of the things we really liked about the Disney Cruise was the fact that they have towels available all the time and you didn't have to check them out with Royal. For our upcoming Royal Cruise we are bringing our own just to avoid the off chance that we get charged for not returning their towel
Carnival didn’t have many extras and I’m pretty picky so bring the toiletries ❤
I did not know on the Norwegian Bliss I would need to bring my own flavored coffee creamer!
The beach towels double as souvenirs😈

MSC didn’t provide any conditioner or lotion. Only shampoo that made your hair brittle
I noticed that, only shampoo and body wash. And hand soap at the sink.
Definitely bring your own toiletries. You do not want to use what they have out for free.
