If you look at the temp it is hot and humid. Very similar to Florida weather which is where I live. I could not imagine wearing long sleeves in this heat and humidity. Plus Tina has fur. Very rarely even in winter here in Florida is it cool enough to wear a sweater on my dogs. Tina has to be hot.
