Hey Corena, I am a real estate agent in SA. You'd need a good fico score like you guys do if you are needing to be funded by a bank. Then you'd need 3months bank statements, 3payslips , proof of identity and proof of residence. If you are buying as a business different documents would be needed. Hope this helps
