My daddy sang this song so much when I was little that I didn’t know BJs voice singing it I knew my dad‘s. In October 2022 I was unfortunately away in rehab for a month and have been texting back-and-forth with my dad and didn’t know he was sick. One morning I woke hearing my dad singing to me in my head I’m going to see Jesus. This song! I was called shortly afterwards I was taken up to the hospital where my dad had had a stroke during the night and was really not there for me to say goodbye to him. I knew it was just his body. But it was OK because he had already told me that he was OK and already hanging out with his best friend, Jesus❤

I played this song at the funeral service for my fiancé who died in 2010 at the age of 46. He was the one who told me about this song. I had never heard of it before. He really didn’t seem like the kind of person who would listen to, or even know about, a song like this but I don’t think anyone really knew him like I did. He was a great guy and my life has been miserable without him. Now that I decided to listen to some songs that I saved on CZcams today, I’ll probably be crying all day.
