Great video as always! I would like to know what is your process on checking for trademarks and copyright... I don't know if there are some tips to not spend a lot of time researching in the gov websites. And what about copying someone else's quote but on a brand new design? Please and thank you :)

Thanks! :) Usually, the only time I'll check is if I have a question about it or I'm not seeing it in use in many places and I'll use the TESS site. If using someone's else's quote, I do the same thing and check if others are using it as well.

Hey Bailey, would you suggest not selling Ai image prompts AND clipart in the same store? I stock and have had sales for both in my store (more for prompts), so I'm hesitant to remove one of them

The only issue you'd run into is later if you wanted to remarket to people who've already bought from you before as they may not be interested in the other type of product.

Hey Bailey! Thanks a lot for sharing such useful info. Quick question please : I run an Etsy POD Shop selling apparel, and I'm wondering if it's okay to also sell digital products there. I'm a bit worried about getting banned, and I'd rather not open another shop since it seems like Etsy is cracking down on that lately. Any advice you have would be super appreciated! Thanks again!

You're welcome! :) Yes, I've done both in the same shop, though the products were related to each other as far as the audience...this videos goes over the strategy I followed: :)czcams.com/video/IKdagXZq_94/video.html

Hi Bailey would love your input, I started a tumbler wrap store last year and I have a few Clipart listings, a lot of them are big bundles that have ended up being more geared towards nursery type art , cute animals, etc … they are selling but I’m not sure as I add more Clipart listings the shop will look a bit mismatch.. I know you say they are the type of customer. Any help would be appreciated :)

Personally, I'd keep them on the same shop, I do sell both as well, clipart and lots of sublimation craft files and they use lots of clipart files as well for different projects :)
