I've neglected all the suspension on my bike including my seat post. It's a specialized, but I can't figure out which model. Any tips on how to find out? Thanks!

I think mines been on the bike for years and still kinda works but is getting a little sticky. Scared if I try to service it, it might make it worse.

Oh! So, just "remove the post" huh? Thanks for absolutely nothing.
Ya know, this 1 Year Service video could've been only 5 seconds long if the video just said "Perform the 1 year service".

With all due respect if you do not know how to remove the seat post from the bike you are not qualified to service the internals of the seat post. What difficulty have you have with removing the seat post?
