Exactly. My biggest gripe still with the game is that sorcs can tele around so fast AND still have insane clear speeds with only relatively low gear investment (besides infinity). That, and fire druid. It's too easy to build well, too easy to play, and too safe for hc. U just telestomp eberything, and don't even need dex for max block thanks to summons. It makes a joke of pd2 honestly. Yes, I've mentioned this in discord ;)
Make Hustle a Shield Runeword, don't change any of the bonuses, and you'd have a pretty decent item for early game. Alternative late-game Runeword "Rhythm" Jah,Lo,?? - CBF, all res, MF (like Rhyme) with IAS and Damage +X (would work like LoD Grief, Astreon's) also buffs Jah & Lo values Love the idea to add another item similar to Raekors. Theres no unique Bramble Mitts and gloves would be a really interesting slot to use IMO. Although I really want to have Strafe/MShot oSkill in a unique Glove
Spot on about alot of things. Zon port hydras and holy builds I really agree on. In general I’d love to see legacy items buffed a lot in an anniversary meta change. Also think a barb totem whit attract benefits for gather mobs would be nice. Maybe even add 1.09 bug items. Cuold be as boss drops or whatever. I think that would be the coolest addition ever. Yeah some of them are too hype but most can work. Also fun cus we had different ones on us and euro servers.
They need to fix this ‘no Lo no Jah’ trading it’s so annoying. And it’s always rune pigs doing it. They fixed this issue with Cham and Zod. Also be good if auras were invisible in character information sheet and merc.
Awesome list! One thing I'd add off the top of my head is how poor the cyclone armor qol is. You can't refresh it with a lower level CA, so if you get a skill shrine and press it, when the skill shrine expires you gotta wait for it to be broken, etc. And it seems to share a cd with teleport, which is not great for telestomping
Ps: love the idea of sin summoner, and a zon tele. Some sort of zon tele, especially for summonzon. Summon zon is awesome, but the valks are so dumb lol. And if you run enigma, you can't use peace
Please buff the chamion Axe as item base. It is basically useless right now. It is frustrating to find a great rare with nice ED and realize the base is crap.
Pally always sucks in PD2. senpaisomething wants them to be a Conv aura bot and little else. Charge would be a good skill to really buff and give them a niche. faster r/w synergy would be sweet.

I think allowing Assassins to Dual-Wield Daggers would be dope.

I was thinking about boxes, maybe they should allow PP for sets and or uncorrupted uniques?

I would say start with incentivizing/streamlining the grind to 99
