Update: I listened twice a day. I missed one day but wasn’t worried about it. Here are the things I’ve noticed since listening.
- My face has slimmed down and is more defined.
- My jaw used to be very weak and has gotten significantly more defined.
- My face is clear and bright. My mom commented on how much my skin cleared. My skincare routine hasn’t changed.
- Lastly but most importantly I look and feel more beautiful than ever before even when I just wake I feel amazing about how I look.
I will continue to listen but probably won’t update unless someone asks.

-drink water (not much water)
-dont say ur ugly or any negative thoughts on ur self bc it will affect ur mind
-DONT use many subliminal at once
-also try to focus on the affirmations if you can hear a bit
-act like you already have it
-dont act like your life relies on the subliminal (be light hearted)
-listen about 10-15 minutes
