ONCE HE GETS CONVICTED the Secret service protection should be removed to make him a real citizen Trump. Then depending on how he behaves further privileges have to be withheld or even completely removed for ever.
That should be the end of it. One appeal and that's it. There shouldn't be multiple chances to appeal. Once the Judge has spoken, he/she shouldn't be challenged, as though they were incapable of doing their job. Why bother if they can just keep appealing over and over. Then It becomes a joke.
Being released to Mar a Lago assumes that he will be able to keep it. That does assume that it is not sold in a fire sale, with all of his other assets, to pay the disgorgement in New York and to Ms Carroll, then possibly the Capitol police, Ms Freeman and Ms Moss and any one else in line to sue him to bankruptcy.

Home confinement is okay as long as it's Shae Moss's house.
It would be ridiculous to place Trump in a minimum security prison. He would have to be surrounded by Secret Service. I think the best sentence would be a return to Joe Citizen status with no Secret Service protection. In other words, that right to the Secret Service detail is forfeit. In addition a fine of all remaining Trumps personal assists so that he is penniless and destitute. He can be offered that or an alternative of life without parole in a supermax in solitary confinement.

The claim of "Absolute Immunity" is so absurd that the Federal Court of Appeals should have not only dismissed it, but also have issued strong reprimand and punishment against Don the Con's attorneys who filed such an absurd and preposterous claim.
