Tampons are like toilet paper, deodorant, toothpaste... everyday hygiene objects. Buying them should be just as casual as with those. And even if you don't have periods yourself, it's good to still have at least couple tampons or pads stored, just in case you have a guest who got the unexpected surprise

That’s kind of exactly what it was, to keep people from becoming jealous of others and encouraging equality. Lots of the ancient commandments were given for understandable reasons for us today if you look back but seemed strange at the time. A lot of them were given for health reasons too like the no pork part, we know today that if you don’t cook pork thoroughly enough it can spread disease or parasites, and you definitely didn’t have a meat thermometer in ancient Israel. Lots of the rules also say if you break some rule your punishment was to be separated for a time, quarantining the person who broke the health and safety rules so no one else can get sick. Idk why I care so much about stuff like this but to me it just makes sense and I like that

I think insane people online is just a fact of life and not registered to one particular generation. It may be a specific mindset or brain pattern of acquiring and retaining new information itself, whether learned or through developmental turbulence by birth or injury that may lend people to making incomplete conclusions... That's not even regarding lapses in judgement and mind due to bodily needs like rest, food, or stress relief not being met. I'm 5'3 and used to be 150lbs, that was considered overweight for my height. I'm now at 120lbs which is considered normal but definitely doesn't *feel* normal. Definitions mean very little for a lot of things. You can be obese by definition but healthy as humanly possible. I was much healthier physically when i was "overweight" by definition.
