I was genuinely impressed by Chief Marcus's handling of her question about food for survival. It also reminded me of a similar instance when I explained our religious practice of fasting two days a week (including our eating habits during fasting) to a Western girl. She initially interpreted it as a means of coping with scarcity, a misconception that Chief Marcus has also excellently clarified in this interview. Thank you, Chief Marcus, for the insightful explanation!

Chef Marcus thank you for correcting the interviewer.... she should have done her research before being judgmental about ethiopian food. Well, it is a good lesson for her to carefully do her research before naively blurtting out hasty statements.
