Hopefully the engine manufacturer, generator manufacturer and RV manufacturer can lend assistance and get the RV back into running order to help Veterans. If it’s not feasible to get it back into operational status, I think the alternative is a great alternative.

Another one brought back from deep sleep! I stopped by the shop last Friday (4/21), to say hello, but I had just missed ya. I was passing through, coming from from Tampa, going to Clermont. Maybe one day I will get another chance.
Jimmy should have pulled the engine power back and put the plane into a tail stall while Ryan was asleep. Been there done that and the look on the persons face whose asleep is priceless.
Wedding ring story for you Bruce... I had a buddy that was taking a battery off of his stock car. The wrench he was using crossed both posts on the battery for a split 2nd. He was holding the wrench in the hand with his wedding ring on, it got red hot, in that split 2nd... Screaming he ran outside stuck his hand in a snow bank, as it was winter and snowy out. He had to go to the hospital get the ring cut off it burnt all the skin off around his finger where his ring was... I don't know how he didn't lose his finger. It finally healed OK but it wasn't pretty.
Nice good ole RV. Love the plane, I have flown in a few planes that size. One was a stunt plane and the pilot had my dad and I hop in and he took us up and we done a backflip. You talk about one hell of a ride, it was crazy.
I don't see the problem driving that back, motor sounded good to me. But what do know, I'm in the UK, but I did drive tourist from Miami to LA for 5,753 miles
One persons dream to live the good life into retirement. Ten years down the road and they’re too old to make those journeys down the road. They’re huge money pits with horrible resale value. I work a summer job at a huge park with a large RV camp. Most people who own them are boomers with money.
I never was worried about you getting that diesel motorhome with a cuming‘s engine running never was worried now back into that N 310 Easter Bunny and head back home. Keep up the good work, Jimmy and the rest of your crew as well. Love everything you’re doing be safe fly safe and have fun.
I did the same job last year however I did use the tool to get the gear off the pump and I had the keyway on top. Worked out fine for me but I saw your oil too and it looked like a milkshake which we all know what that means. I wonder if you guys did the lift pump cause that’s the probable reason the vp44 pump failed. I guess we’ll see. Good luck I don’t envy you guys.
If you watched Jimmy's other videos on this RV, they already got it running and drove it up an down the street, the issue was it wouldn't Rev beyond 1500 rpm. Bruce was just contracted by Jimmy to get it diagnosed and fixed. The "RV" specialist he had out earlier couldn't figure it out.
I looked up your tail number looks like he flew out a plant city and landed just south of wauchula by ona 650’@105 knots on may 8’th 😂 kinda wierd the tracking ability of everything
Lake Henshaw resort CA does have a camper grave yard and a RV but yah have to talk to the owners of this place first before touching it it's like the rust bucket from Ben 10

Ive had good luck with silicone spray for a starting aid. Sometimes the grounds on the starters are dirty. Sounds like that might be an issue.
