The Ford Escort is an absolute 100% mad custom build! Everything from subframe, to bodywork to front carriage, it is all custom made! And yeah, it is also equipped with a BMW M3 S14B25 engine!🤯
The DTM Mercedes needs no further introduction, it is an absolute legend! Easy as that!

I've seen people make around 35 with just an exhaust and some minor tuning to the stock bosch injection system. But i think you can make close to 20 throughout the whole rev range with some good itb's and a great tune.

if so, your figures sound good to me. Hedgehog motorsports has managed to make 205 with an 2.3-16v RHD version, which has a more restrictive header design than the standard euro LHD.
A newly overhauled 2.3-16v lhd could very likely be able to make more than that. Allot of people also run headers with the 2.5-16 design and a less restrictive exhaust, which always helps.
I believe JC Mendoza made around 215 with a U.S spec 2.3-16 with a modified bosch injection system, 2.5 headers and exhaust. He might have had some pistons to if i remember correctly.

@@hueyfinesse jc is around 185. Last time I saw hedgehog post about numbers, I thought they were around 170-180, and that's not on a loaded dyno (aka numbers are high / not real).
