Starting going to see the Hershey Bears play in the mid 70s with my older brother. Alot of wonderful memories associated with the old Arena, good games and players who played here who would go on to the NHL!! Miss the "old barn"!!

What a season this was. I had season tickets right beside the visitors bench. No glass separated us back then.
    Thanks for sharing.

My Dad had season box tickets fall into his lap in the mid 80's. Despite the steep price for our family, he couldn't resist. Every Wednesday and Saturday night, two of us made the hour drive to Hershey. Best memories and fantastic hockey for ten years. I miss that half barrel, what a venue. Thank you for the video, brought back so many happy memories.

I absolutely love this building. I only saw one Bears game at Hersheypark Arena and remember little about it. But I remember going to Disney on Ice and Ringling Barnum and Bailey Circus. Sat in the upper level. Those concourses are so narrow they were practically impassable after the event. Glad to see it's still used by LVC hockey and public skating. Thank you Hershey Entertainment for not tearing it down.

It’s funny that almost 30 years later the Bullshit cheer still is a thing at bears games
