Principal (p) = Rs 50000
Rate (r) = 10 % per annum
Time (t) = 2 years
Formula, A = P (1 + R/100) n
= 50000 (1 + 10/100)2
= 50000 (110/100)2
= Rs 60500
CI = Amount- principal
= Rs 60500 - 50000
= Rs 10500
Formula, SI = (PTR)/100
= (50000 × 10 × 2)/100
= Rs 10000
∴ Difference amount between CI and SI = 10500 - 10000 = Rs 500 💙😀

Compound anuallly is given by A = P(1 + R / 100) therefore A = Rs 50,000(1.1)²
= Rs 60,500 -50,000
=Rs 10,500
We know that
SI = PRT / 100
50,000×10× 2/100
= Rs 10,000

formula for 2 years compounded annually is
p*(1+r|100)^2
50000*(110\100)^2
on simplifying we get
50000(11\10)^2
50000*121\100
on cutting zeroes we get
500*121=60500-50000=10500
lets find simple interest now
p*r*t\100
50000*10*2\100=
when cutting zeroes we get
500*20=10000
compound interest = 10500
simple interest =10000
on subtracting CI and SI we get 10500-10000=500
