Yilin and Chungsong were probably China’s best all arounder in the modern era as they could actually hit FOUR routines solidly. They’ve had many others but no one who could consistently hit cleanly throughout unfortunately. Shang lost out because of her vault- it just wasn’t strong enough.
One sad thing is how much Sloan has been overlooked in a quad that had the fierce five in London plus Bross. She was a world AA champion!
