And the other locations from the 80s were either shut down, renamed (for example “Jeff’s Pizza” from ITP) or built over (Pizzaplex) so it was the most recent one during the timeline

@cristendo5983 varies from au to au but canonically, at least by convoluted book lore it's suggested ennard would be kept using Micheal as cover even in rotting form but micheals conscious re-asserted itself and he triggerd the expulsion.

We don't know how she die, we don't know her name but if we take the theory that she is ballora then she is died too. William is not died bc he always come back, and mike is still suffering. And even if we knew for 100% that 3 of them are died that not mean that they are having an afterlife
