Greets from Dallas Texas! I saw your struggles with that old Holley, I agree put that in the bin and just put a new edlebrock on it. The 81 drophead I have has a 78 buick 3.8 v6 with a ford 5 spd trans. It had a holly but I ended up going with a rochester 2 bbl over sized jets and have smooth drivability. Power wise its plenty quick and the weight ruduction from having a v6 gives in better handling characteristics. Ive thoughly enjoyed the videos and look forward to more🤠
