I scare of energy drink! What if it could increase my hearth pulse more than normal and make me more nervous? I normally do not drink any energy drink? Is there any other method do you suggest? eating chocolate also may drop my blood sugar suddenly and it is not only listening, there is reading and writing as well :(

1. confused pleural and singular
2. Confused what words in what gap (sometimes mismatch with number)

Yes dear it is mandatory we have to write as we listen . We should not allowed to paraphrase it in part A
Nooe as long as your word sounds similar to the correct answer it is marked as correct

Hi sir. I have one doubt
In a case note the patient is being referred to his gp as he was demonstratig signs and symptoms of lung cancer and it was not an emergency case but i wrote in intro as the pt requires your urgent assessment and investigation so is that correct or not
It is correct in a way and not in another if you are looking from medical perspective then lung cancer can have severe symptoms and present in an emergency department but if you have referred a Patient to his GP then i think its not an emergency
