I'm an illustrator. I get the watermark issue. I also get that putting the watermark in the middle of the thing, or making it so large that you can't avoid looking at it, is incredibly irritating. There's a smart way of watermarking things (either by hiding a watermark within the work such that no one but you would really be able to find it, and you could thus point it out if someone steals your stuff, or by making it extremely transparent so that you almost can't even see it.) This, however, is a visual piece and having a giant obnoxious watermark right smack in the middle of it makes it seem like this is content I can't enjoy normally unless I pay for it. It completely ruins the whole video. I didn't even bother finishing it because all I saw was the fucking watermark.
