solidstatelogic.com/products/ssl2-plus I record directly from the PO to this audio interface via cable. On the PC side, the video from the webcam and the audio input from the audio interface mentioned earlier are recorded as video through OBS Software.
@jaccoy I am a beginner and the only device I have is the PO, but looking to expand in the future. is there a solution you recommend that is cheap or free?
@jimmyjon_ Assuming you are watching this video from some sort of computer or smartphone, a shortcut might be to buy some device to add a 3.5mm audio jack to your computer or smartphone and launch a recording application*. *You will find many free audio recording software programs, including those that come with the operating system. An inexpensive old-fashioned casette tape recorder or similar device will also give you a unique atmosphere, although the sound quality will be poor. In either case, you will need to buy some kind of device or interface, which may be difficult to do for free. 🧐
I had the same question. My experience is as listed below. 🧐 I bought NTS-2 for 3,4 below, but I learned how to use it like 1&2. 1. I want to know how my work is changing the waveform when creating sounds with modular synths, effectors, etc. 2. Using the FFT function, I want to check frequency bands that are too much or not enough easily even in a dawless environment. 3. Inexpensive as an oscilloscope, with normal 3.5mm jacks, portable size 4. Use as a visualizer (I think this is the case for most of the videos in the dawless live.) 5. Include Tuner, Built-in tuner. It is useful when creating sounds with modular synths, etc. I don't know because I don't have that much production experience, but a skilled music producer may not need it or may have a more sophisticated use for it.🤔
@@jaccoy Thank you so much, I nearly bought it because the Roland S-1 has a draw/chop feature where i can edit a waveform, so it would be useful for visualising what is happening, like most things that would be a short term education though. I will probably end up getting one as it's on the G.A.S radar 😁
yes. it's not means 'jaccoy'. I can't read Georgian and I'm japanese. I use this letter form because it resembles the spelling of "jaccoy". XD And all my English is translated automatically. Sorry if the sentences are strange.
Not bad. I’ve got a vid on my channel where I did a whole album with just the po14, it’s a funny and quirky device
Thanks for listening!
I listened to your album too! It was awesome...!
XGood one! 👍
Thanks! 🤩
Underrated! ❤
Thank you!
how are you exporting and recording the final audio coming from PO?

Does the left device effect sound?
@sauce25 the left is a Korg NTS-2 oscilloscope. it is for display waveforms.😀
I nearly bought a NTS-2, but, I am wondering how does it actually benefits anything. Does it help sound design or does it just look nice?

More like Atari
ohhhh....I had never played an Atari game. 😆
What even is this?
Looks like pocket operator plus a portable oscilloscope.
@@benargee Thank you for telling me, I would have never thought of this
Teenage Engineering Pocket Operator + KORG DIY oscilloscope
Yes, It's exactly. Teenage Engineering PO-14 synthesizer + KORG NTS-2 oscilloscope.
Goes here because i like PO and see Kartuli name. But dude, that's pronouns ZHMEETQ, not Jaccoy)))
