There is a HUGE conversation to be had about bans because of long survival and BAD PLATINUM, atm there is literally NO clear line between what's right and what's not, i can only hope more content creators continue to talk about
Getting banned or suspended for bad platinum. So you need to buy from their store to get your account back. That users who just trade have to put money in the game to get their accounts back is part of their business model.
I think it’s crazy that so many regular players are scared of getting perma banned over relatively small things. The recent player bans were for the right reasons, although one was a bot detection system which needs updating. Oreo was promoting power levelling and account detail sharing in his CZcams channel, I and many others advised him against this as it’s against the EULA Guidelines, not just for Warframe but many games in general, he ignored it and got slapped with a ban. Rightly so. Then he makes a 38 minute video rambling and throwing other creators under the bus only to have his sentence reduced to one year. TheBakertv on the other hand played solo survival for 95hrs, during which time he paused the game and went about sleeping/eating/life stuff etc. The in-game counter caught wind of this along with his massive loot haul from the long survival and flagged it as a macro playing, not human. (His using a mouse macro had nothing to do with the ban.) DE needs to implement a warning system to players, because survival isn’t really endless if they get slapped with a bot detection ban for playing extended periods of time.

If you have gotten banned and bought anything from the store, meaning plat or packs, you can do a chargeback on the credit card you used if you used a credit card.
Short story I played this game for nine years 7k hours I got banned until 2035 when I talked with the support they said you have 3 party software then I told them I have only AlecaFrame then they said we found records that indeed fit the profile of RMT then I open another ticket I hope to someone else to talk to me then the same guy answer and say if you're open another ticket will ban you from the site I have all the messages if someone wants to see I didn't know if I sold platinum or I used software cheated I never did anything wrong I swear to God.
My account is ban since 4 years and when they showed me what i was being ban for which they said was considered hate speech but what they didnt show was the date and time of what i said and then after a few tickets i also got my right to use support taken as well.

(Azn got the warning email from DE about this, he said it on stream) 2. *Ban for playing too long* ”My creator friend in done the 11 hours conjuction survival reached the level cap” after that he got banned and need to contact support and now he is unbanned, why do he need to be banned and wasting time contacting the support. You know how it feel when you get banned for nothing. 3. *Getting ban for AFK content* There’s a small content creator that he had been ban recently, his content focus on AFK build and testing the new update. He said DE banned all of his account now he’s moved to another game content.

I’m a WF creator too but I can’t use my main YT to share these stories. Like wtf DE, they left the bug/exploit live for half a year and when people wanted to use it they’re getting ban. By the way the bug still usable rn.
They should really do a unban wave for all the 2035 bans because its ridiculous at least change them to idk 1 month or something? every other game has a progressive ban system that goes something like 1 day 3 days 5 days 7 days 1 month etc because thats a better way to let people play and at the same time punish people that dont correct bad behaviour (iv been a player since beta and i have been banned from the game 2 years ago tryed to appeal and they blocked support contact which is ridiculous because they are supposed to support you ) and oh well i sayd the only way ill play the game again is if i get my old acc back no other way and maybe some compensation for farm time lost

My founders account got banned lol. They also blacklisted the account and I am no longer able to message them. Spent over $1.5k, 2.4k hours, started in closed beta, can't dispute, and they didn't even give me a warning or anything. Just straight up banned. RIP Excalibro Prime. Oh well.
@@Nnnnx1 Yeah it's pretty wild. They have one of the most decisive banning processes I've ever seen. It's also the only game I've ever been banned in. To be fair, the ban was warranted, but I was not aware I was breaking ToS until AFTER they banned me without warning. I was selling my founders account because I was at risk of losing my apartment since I was behind my rent. I never went through with the process and consequently lost my apartment anyway. Long story short, nothing ever happened, I never sold the account. I just had it listed somewhere. This was 6-7 years ago btw, sometime in 2017-2018. I thought they would at least drop the ban or let me get my founders stuff back by now. Also, the silencing is a very questioning decision for a company.

3:03 ha! That's me! Just had your ban deep dive video show up on my timeline... I can list a number of suspected programs that supposedly trigger the auto ban bot, but even then it's not like DE confirmed any of those and they rarely trigger it from what i've seen. "A sign of good faith" is nice and all, but when you can even define what gets people banned, it sounds like a threat of future banning. I've had another 2k hours in the game since I used mine, it's never coming back, i'm still scared to play it, but also there's nothing like it and i'm hopelessly addicted.

I've been using GHUB for years and I have an autoclick macro for use on non-automatic weapons. I'm sure the game knows that I have an autoclick macro because when using autoclick on semi-automatic weapons like Tenet Arca Plasmor, the game starts reloading the weapon's magazine with a single shot, forcing me to reload with each shot, so I have to wait a cooldown time to use the autoclick macro again. I read a topic on the forum about the EE.log file, the Chinese guy was saying that he was banned because he used the EE.log file to predict cheating players who were also using the EE.log file. I'm theorizing that the EE.log file has mission information such as rare containers with Credit Boost, Forma and Ayatan. I don't know how it works but apparently DE knows when players spy data on the EE.log file. I also use the Alecaframe program, and this program tracks files like EE.log to manage really relevant market research, Alecaframe does not track quest rewards. I already asked on the forum if these softwares could ban me acount and the moderator replied that there were no problems, I also mentioned that I used the autoclicker macro and the moderator told me that only complex automation macros were not allowed.

3:16 I fully and respectfully disagree with Oscar's ban for that he did point out that DE's EULA is completely vague. With that being said, it's also hypocritical because the players and even the Devs have a history of account sharing and / or selling accounts. RevxDev almost a decade ago posted a vid about Warframe Devs would ban accounts that haven't logged in for a number of years to sell them as well as the players just outright selling their accounts themselves. And for people like Sabuuchi to go out of his way to willfully neglect that part of what happens with DE is quite unfortunate. It's also really messed up that DE bans players using VPNs for protection because the security of Warframe is bad by default. P2P is not only outdated but a massive redflag of a outline game design for player connectivity

Baker is banned for his macros, he says they are for QoL. DE thinks otherwise. He doesnt show exactly what the macros are, he only explains what they do. kinda sketchy imo.
he uses logitech g hub, i use it too and you can't make it do crazy inputs like autohot key but regardless a software for your own equipment shouldn't be a reason to ban, for long term endurance having a button make you shoot once reload and cast an ability should be fine in my personal opinion
I kinda doubt he's using busted op macros that play the game but a preview of them would give him even more good standing. Though even if he did show off exactly what his macros do, detractors could just say that he modified them for the showcase. DE has been pretty open ended on macros in the past and don't really seem to mind them. Look at the pt speed run community. They basically all use inhumanly fast exodia contagion macros and I don't think I've heard of a single one getting action taken against them.
Ngl, it is kinda unfair that you can fire semi auto weapons in fully automatic and stuff like that bc thats not what the devs intended. The weapon being semi auto in itself is a balancing feature. If that's what he's doing, then I think he should've at least gotten a warning first and not a straight up ban. If the macro allows you to grind for longer and enhance your gameplay, you're not gonna get tired as quickly, meaning you can get more loot and Plat, which is probably the angle they're looking at tbh. Everything boils down to plat for DE.
i just got a perma chat ban for saying UwU in region chat, Ive seen people say it before so idk what happened apparently its against chat rules? like what?
@@Nnnnx1 Update: Found out it was just a temp chat ban for 3 days, and support confirmed that the banned word was "Can i get an UwU?!?!". Apparently support does not handle chat bans stating "Since these are only temporary actions, we do not get directly involved in resolving them through support." at the end it stated "Furthermore, please refrain from such activity in the future to help prevent a suspension from being imposed on your account."
I agree, the banns are unfair...i even got banned...for a harry potter spoof joke, and it was when i had gotten limbo, the joke was "your a f Harry!" And a guy even joined me on the joke...5 days later after a chat ban i got ip banned! And note i havent done anything else to get me banned! That was the only time i ever broke tos, i should have gotten 1 or 2 month banned!...and i spent like 70 buck or more on the game! And im pretty pissed! If it was a 1 or 2 month ban then i would have been fine with it, but 11 years?! Fuck no!
Legit just got banned from warframe after 2k+ hours in the game it really sucks I did 2 missions yesterday hopped off tried to get on today account suspended Im assuming its because i use alecaframe but it really sucks
they can ban you over quite literally anything they want, with some endurance players they're banning them because they are able to play for 20+ hours at a time, in solo you can pause the game and resume when you want and because they sit there for a long time DE bans them from chat, from trading, and in some instances from the entire game
I witnessed how about 3 content creators were banned, first one was Nooblshowtek a few years ago and it's just sad. He made a video about a glitch to speed level stuff, and he received like 9 year ban for it.
The length of the ban is debatable, but he did make a video showing how to exploit affinity gains and encouraged the use of a macro. Exploiting the game to gain affinity is against ToS and encouraging the use of a macro is always on the table as bannable (as in DE can ban you whenever they want if you use one, ESPECIALLY for anything automated/afk related). Not only did he do these things, but he asked Rebecca in a content creator discord channel if it was okay to post that video and she said no. He posted it anyway AFTER seeing her reply. I would recommend watching Tactical Potato's video on the situation as it's well known amongst content creators that he was rightfully banned.
After almost 1.5k hours in this game I got banned a week ago with DE support saying I'm RMT trader. They don't provide me with any proof or anything, just a promise to ban every account I will create in the future associated with me.

From my experience, ever since Steel Path and essence became a thing, DE lost the plot, it's sad that it's still the case, I quit when MR30 became a thing, got it and happily left. Their behaviour is a massive deterrent to coming back, it's unfortunate, I love WF, I once could say the same of DE, but not anymore.

Yeah, unfortunately the use of a macro made that guy's case impossible to defend during an endurance run. DE regularly bans people for using macros, but it's more a question of when they'll ban them and under what circumstances. For a long endurance farm, that's gaining a LOT of resources so it's already at higher risk of getting banned due to the game thinking you're a bot gaining an unnatural amount of resources.

In Asia server (China).All uploaders dare not show them ID or teammate ID and mosaic it.Some people will report any ID to customer service. Even a founder was banned by [DE]Joma because of account sharing 6 years ago (he had no time to play at the time and gave his account to a friend for a month).The point is not the reporting system, but that DE will really ban your account at will, including falsely accusing you of using third-party software, or even afk for too long
Just admit that you have cheated, take the ban. Make another account and learn from your mistakes. You know what you did better than everyone, you probably even got warnings but you were too busy trying to cheat to pay attention to them so it's your fault.
um sir i didn't get a single warning or nothing, if anything i was a good player i used to gift players skins frames boosters etc and help people with builds and carry them in grinds, i can't make another account because I'm hardware banned and ip banned so i can't make any new accounts on my pc or on my internet at all
@@Nnnnx1 of course it doesn't work because an hardware ban means that they have banned a piece of your PC hardware, usually the network interface but it could also be your motherboard. Although they got your hardware IP you can still use vpn, proxy or nat to bypass it or you can change your motherboard's network interface. Hek you can even try changing the MAC to solve it but still you are here complaining. They gave you a problem, now it's time to fix it either by waiting 11 years, changing your device or using software' settings. Complaining for 11 years isn't an option. But be aware that even this is against the ToS

If a gaming company ban a person, there is a reason. If they are not explaining it to you , its because they dont want it to be exposed and multiple people exploiting it. Well, ive been in WF for almost 10 yrs now and not even a single ban for me. If you did something sketchy, get ready for its rewards. They should really do a unban wave for all the 2035 bans because its ridiculous at least change them to idk 1 month or something? every other game has a progressive ban system that goes something like 1 day 3 days 5 days 7 days 1 month etc because thats a better way to let people play and at the same time punish people that dont correct bad behaviour (iv been a player since beta and i have been banned from the game 2 years ago tryed to appeal and they blocked support contact which is ridiculous because they are supposed to support you ) and oh well i sayd the only way ill play the game again is if i get my old acc back no other way and maybe some compensation for farm time lost

My founders account got banned lol. They also blacklisted the account and I am no longer able to message them. Spent over $1.5k, 2.4k hours, started in closed beta, can't dispute, and they didn't even give me a warning or anything. Just straight up banned. RIP Excalibro Prime. Oh well.

@@Nnnnx1 Yeah it's pretty wild. They have one of the most decisive banning processes I've ever seen. It's also the only game I've ever been banned in. To be fair, the ban was warranted, but I was not aware I was breaking ToS until AFTER they banned me without warning.
I was selling my founders account because I was at risk of losing my apartment since I was behind my rent. I never went through with the process and consequently lost my apartment anyway. Long story short, nothing ever happened, I never sold the account. I just had it listed somewhere.
This was 6-7 years ago btw, sometime in 2017-2018. I thought they would at least drop the ban or let me get my founders stuff back by now. Also, the silencing is a very questioning decision for a company.

Just had your ban deep dive video show up on my timeline...
I can list a number of suspected programs that supposedly trigger the auto ban bot, but even then it's not like DE confirmed any of those and they rarely trigger it from what i've seen.
"A sign of good faith" is nice and all, but when you can even define what gets people banned, it sounds like a threat of future banning.
I've had another 2k hours in the game since I used mine, it's never coming back, i'm still scared to play it, but also there's nothing like it and i'm hopelessly addicted.

That is pretty sloppy from the devs. The whole permaban methodology from single report is dumb, especially when it is applied from such random comments.

I've been using GHUB for years and I have an autoclick macro for use on non-automatic weapons. I'm sure the game knows that I have an autoclick macro because when using autoclick on semi-automatic weapons like Tenet Arca Plasmor, the game starts reloading the weapon's magazine with a single shot, forcing me to reload with each shot, so I have to wait a cooldown time to use the autoclick macro again.
I read a topic on the forum about the EE.log file, the Chinese guy was saying that he was banned because he used the EE.log file to predict cheating players who were also using the EE.log file. I'm theorizing that the EE.log file has mission information such as rare containers with Credit Boost, Forma and Ayatan. I don't know how it works but apparently DE knows when players spy data on the EE.log file.
I also use the Alecaframe program, and this program tracks files like EE.log to manage really relevant market research, Alecaframe does not track quest rewards. I already asked on the forum if these softwares could ban me acount and the moderator replied that there were no problems, I also mentioned that I used the autoclicker macro and the moderator told me that only complex automation macros were not allowed.

3:16 I fully and respectfully disagree with Oscar's ban for that he did point out that DE's EULA is completely vague. With that being said, it's also hypocritical because the players and even the Devs have a history of account sharing and / or selling accounts. RevxDev almost a decade ago posted a vid about Warframe Devs would ban accounts that haven't logged in for a number of years to sell them as well as the players just outright selling their accounts themselves. And for people like Sabuuchi to go out of his way to willfully neglect that part of what happens with DE is quite unfortunate. It's also really messed up that DE bans players using VPNs for protection because the security of Warframe is bad by default. P2P is not only outdated but a massive redflag of a outline game design for player connectivity
i understand what you are saying but I'm sure there's somewhere in EULA that says boosting will lead to a ban and a service which you pay for which basically does boost will give the same outcome i completely agree EULA is very vague and flawed but some things are very clear too

One time I left Cheat Engine opened and I received a message in my inbox about that, after that I never opened Cheat Engine again while playing Warframe, I didn´t get a ban after that

Baker is banned for his macros, he says they are for QoL. DE thinks otherwise. He doesnt show exactly what the macros are, he only explains what they do. kinda sketchy imo.
he uses logitech g hub, i use it too and you can't make it do crazy inputs like autohot key but regardless a software for your own equipment shouldn't be a reason to ban, for long term endurance having a button make you shoot once reload and cast an ability should be fine in my personal opinion

I kinda doubt he's using busted op macros that play the game but a preview of them would give him even more good standing. Though even if he did show off exactly what his macros do, detractors could just say that he modified them for the showcase.
DE has been pretty open ended on macros in the past and don't really seem to mind them. Look at the pt speed run community. They basically all use inhumanly fast exodia contagion macros and I don't think I've heard of a single one getting action taken against them.
Ngl, it is kinda unfair that you can fire semi auto weapons in fully automatic and stuff like that bc thats not what the devs intended. The weapon being semi auto in itself is a balancing feature. If that's what he's doing, then I think he should've at least gotten a warning first and not a straight up ban. If the macro allows you to grind for longer and enhance your gameplay, you're not gonna get tired as quickly, meaning you can get more loot and Plat, which is probably the angle they're looking at tbh. Everything boils down to plat for DE.

@@Nnnnx1 Update: Found out it was just a temp chat ban for 3 days, and support confirmed that the banned word was "Can i get an UwU?!?!". Apparently support does not handle chat bans stating "Since these are only temporary actions, we do not get directly involved in resolving them through support." at the end it stated "Furthermore, please refrain from such activity in the future to help prevent a suspension from being imposed on your account."
I agree, the banns are unfair...i even got banned...for a harry potter spoof joke, and it was when i had gotten limbo, the joke was "your a f Harry!" And a guy even joined me on the joke...5 days later after a chat ban i got ip banned! And note i havent done anything else to get me banned! That was the only time i ever broke tos, i should have gotten 1 or 2 month banned!...and i spent like 70 buck or more on the game! And im pretty pissed! If it was a 1 or 2 month ban then i would have been fine with it, but 11 years?! Fuck no!

they can ban you over quite literally anything they want, with some endurance players they're banning them because they are able to play for 20+ hours at a time, in solo you can pause the game and resume when you want and because they sit there for a long time DE bans them from chat, from trading, and in some instances from the entire game

I witnessed how about 3 content creators were banned, first one was Nooblshowtek a few years ago and it's just sad. He made a video about a glitch to speed level stuff, and he received like 9 year ban for it.
I remember seeing that one too honestly he didn't deserve 9 years that's insane

The length of the ban is debatable, but he did make a video showing how to exploit affinity gains and encouraged the use of a macro. Exploiting the game to gain affinity is against ToS and encouraging the use of a macro is always on the table as bannable (as in DE can ban you whenever they want if you use one, ESPECIALLY for anything automated/afk related).
Not only did he do these things, but he asked Rebecca in a content creator discord channel if it was okay to post that video and she said no. He posted it anyway AFTER seeing her reply. I would recommend watching Tactical Potato's video on the situation as it's well known amongst content creators that he was rightfully banned.

After almost 1.5k hours in this game I got banned a week ago with DE support saying I'm RMT trader. They don't provide me with any proof or anything, just a promise to ban every account I will create in the future associated with me.

I have stopped playing the game since duviri. I know it isn’t much but I used to be a prime access addict so I hope I am making a difference. Also try out elder scrolls online if you don’t mind paying for dlc.

From my experience, ever since Steel Path and essence became a thing, DE lost the plot, it's sad that it's still the case, I quit when MR30 became a thing, got it and happily left. Their behaviour is a massive deterrent to coming back, it's unfortunate, I love WF, I once could say the same of DE, but not anymore.

Fact is DE likes to suck in new ppl but does little to keep them and those that do stay get forgotten about not that anything would ever happen, the very crux of the problem is that the game itself is very easy. i know some ppl go oh no its hard and mods are complex and this and that but no, its very easy DE just does a crappy job of explaining it to you so you have to ask around or go to the wiki.

Yeah, unfortunately the use of a macro made that guy's case impossible to defend during an endurance run. DE regularly bans people for using macros, but it's more a question of when they'll ban them and under what circumstances.
For a long endurance farm, that's gaining a LOT of resources so it's already at higher risk of getting banned due to the game thinking you're a bot gaining an unnatural amount of resources.

In Asia server (China).All uploaders dare not show them ID or teammate ID and mosaic it.Some people will report any ID to customer service. Even a founder was banned by [DE]Joma because of account sharing 6 years ago (he had no time to play at the time and gave his account to a friend for a month).The point is not the reporting system, but that DE will really ban your account at will, including falsely accusing you of using third-party software, or even afk for too long

Just admit that you have cheated, take the ban. Make another account and learn from your mistakes. You know what you did better than everyone, you probably even got warnings but you were too busy trying to cheat to pay attention to them so it's your fault.
um sir i didn't get a single warning or nothing, if anything i was a good player i used to gift players skins frames boosters etc and help people with builds and carry them in grinds, i can't make another account because I'm hardware banned and ip banned so i can't make any new accounts on my pc or on my internet at all

@@Nnnnx1 of course it doesn't work because an hardware ban means that they have banned a piece of your PC hardware, usually the network interface but it could also be your motherboard. Although they got your hardware IP you can still use vpn, proxy or nat to bypass it or you can change your motherboard's network interface. Hek you can even try changing the MAC to solve it but still you are here complaining. They gave you a problem, now it's time to fix it either by waiting 11 years, changing your device or using software' settings. Complaining for 11 years isn't an option. But be aware that even this is against the ToS

If a gaming company ban a person, there is a reason. If they are not explaining it to you , its because they dont want it to be exposed and multiple people exploiting it. Well, ive been in WF for almost 10 yrs now and not even a single ban for me. If you did something sketchy, get ready for its rewards. Ive missed many rewards and stuffs due to game errors and the support has always been good to me and have rewarded it back after a time taking investigation.
