I have three of the Barnes and noble leatherbound children’s illustrated classics, which are twenty thousand leagues under the sea, a journey to the center of the earth, and treasure island.
Each one of these books are keepers because many of these books were written in the 1800s.. 200 years and more later we are still reading them.. pass them onto your children and they shall be read for more generations. The themes and plots in these stories don't change much even in today's world.

I don't own any, but I wish they would rerelease the Chronicles of Narnia. That's the main one I want to own.

@@springlady8337 same here! THE BOOK WAS SOOOOOOO PRETTY! There are a few remaining unsold books but they are going for so much money! Search up 'Narnia Barnes and Noble hardcover' and look at images!

@@cee8437 The Narnia books are copyrighted. Most of these Barnes and Noble hardcovers are printings of public domain stories. For the ones that are still under copyright, Barnes and Noble has to pay a fee to make an edition like that. They probably just didn't want to anymore.

I have the Barnes and Noble Wizard of Oz: The First Five Novels, and I have the Barnes and Noble Alice in Wonderland, but it's the updated version with a blue cover and with the original illustrations.

I don’t know about Ireland but you can get them in the uk on amazon for reasonable prices so maybe it’s the same in Ireland (and they occasionally have one or two is Waterstones, as Barnes and Noble own that chain)
They won't ship to Ireland and if thru do its expensive. I don't think Ireland has waterstones
