I feel like sometimes you guys over simplify games(love the content and I appreciate the work you guys do). For example the Phillies orioles game both bullpens are taxed and both starting pitchers clearly were regression candidates. Kyle mentions wheeler having weak splits against lefty’s and toast still takes Phillies first5 that just doesn’t make sense. The over was definitely more probable than the under. Just my opinion. Sometimes you guys go in depth other times it feels like your ignoring key factors
I mean Wheeler’s been pitching against lineups full of lefties for 2 months and hasn’t been letting up any runs. So the bet you’re claiming “was obvious”… would have you pretty broke right now… which was what I said

Both starting pitchers have been pitching well but the FIP suggested regression was near which made the over more probable than the under especially considering how dominant the lineups are.
