आटा का हलवा सही माप के साथ ऐसे बनाएँगे तो एकदम मक्खन जैसा हलवा जो मुँह में घुल जाएगा :)

Wheat Flour (aata) -1 cup
Sugar -1 cup
Ghee -1 cup
Water - 2 cups
Almonds (optional)
Cashews (optional)

Kabita Madam been life saver for me as most of recipes are so helpful and come out perfectly correct on its first try. The things which help the most are the time it would take between steps and how to keep the flame either low, medium or high.

MY QUESTION is can we SUBSTITUTE JAGGERY for SUGAR.
.I know taste may change however jaggery is healthy than white sugar.. ..These days people use jaggery for gulab jamun etc too as it is better than white poison..
