Hi! I tried to bring my tablet in Samsung CS but they charged me for almost $290 for the screen replacement. I tried to find other technicians but they don't have a stock of the LCD. I'm looking online for the LCD replacement and I stumbled upon a post where it says I didn't have to change the "whole" LCD itself. My tablet's touch function is still working although I really can't see anything due to the black screen. My question is, do I have to buy the touch and lcd thing OR can I just buy the Black Tablet Outer Glass Screen?
Ive earned myself a hairline crack across the screen, its not easy to see and e erything still works fine, i didnt have screen protection because apparently, im so careful🤓 wondering if i should bother replacing it or not

You can but they were likely be bubbles underneath the display, and touch capacity will definitely be below 75%, so 25% of your key prices won't register.

My only (very, very minor) complaint is that I ordered this in bronze and they sent me black. Yes, it should have been corrected, but we were only in country for a short period of time and I didn't want to run the risk of not getting a new one in time. I'm such a fan of Samsung Galaxy tablets that I'd rather suck it up than lose out on having it. In the big scheme of things, this rates an irritant factor of .0000000001 out of 1000. In other words, I'm not looking at the colors when I use it, so I got over it very easily.
Why not just buy the whole LCD rather than bother with all that work? Not everyone has those cooking machines.🙄🤔
