    ================
    Jack sits down with fellow podcast patrons, Duncan Trussell and Dustin Marshall, for an in-depth discussion about navigating some of the darkest corners of the emotional spectrum. We are encouraged to open to Love, despite the innate vulnerability and collective insecurities that inevitably arise. In cultivating the Witness, we are able to step outside the drama of our lives, creating just enough space to approach our suffering without getting lost in it. A wonderful exploration of our inherent worthiness regarding our capacity for Love, and the small steps we can take toward healing our hearts and minds in the most hopeless of moments.

    "There is a certain logic to suicide, 'the pain is so much, let me put myself out of this pain'... but there is a big mistake of understanding. The good part is that you realise that something needs to die, the bad part is that you think its your body! in Buddhist teaching, killing is considered a grave mistake, a grave thing to do that is considered really, really unskillful and makes terrible karma; and it doesn't matter if you are killing someone else's body, or your own. But the intelligence of the suicide says that 'something has to die, i can't continue to live this way' ... there is a kind of wisdom in that, that i can't continue to live this (hellish ) way." Suicide is always an option. Sadly and beautifully it is all just right. I respect anyone’s decision to do the act ✊ it is all god, all love, and all acceptable. There are better choices, but it is perfect. Love you all.

      29:30 he explains thay you'll probably be reborn with the same problem to work out, maybe with less convenience. The body is not the source of the pain
