    Great Video. As Josh says if you have arch issues you'll probably already know, by getting cramps or numbness, even pins and needles. This could be beacause you have the wrong boots. but if it keeps happening, no matter what brand you wear, then its probably somersetting else. if so try and get an appointment with a Podiatrist - they're like foot doctors. they can identify and recommend ways of managing foot issues. it turned out my knee pain was in part because my arches had started to fall as ive got older. After tests and consolations i ended up with custom insoles. Theyve made a massive difference. Boots wise at the moment im rocking Nike Tiempo 9 Pros. Mainly as i can wear them as AG and have another pair in Turf and the fit and feel is very much the same. Also if you have the money youve got to get a pair of leather Mizunos. Your feet will thank you for it! :D

    With flat feet, the problem isn't the midfoot and arch area rather it is the toe box. It is common with flat feet to have the big toe bend more inward. This combined with the already unnatural shape of football boots can make it harder to find comfortable boots.

    • @Soccerreviewsforyou

      That’s where leather football boots with the ability to stretch are ideal. You need something with an upper that has some give to it, even if it takes some break-in time to get them to fit the way you’d like.

    The shoes isn't gonna matter, you need insoles if you have flat feet. There is no other way around it, I have almost perfectly flat feet and the reality is you need an insole it is not the shoe that makes your feet hurt. I found this out after the doc told me flat fleet cause enough stress to break bone after long period of time

    • @intaxi99
      @intaxi99 Před 2 lety

      Shoes do matter. Whether completely flat footed or not, the initial design of the cleats based on a certian shoe last, limits to that foot shape. Unlike running shoes, cleats are limited to extend in size (varies from materials) and you need to find the middle ground for shoe comfort. For example, even if you change an insole, wide feet(flat) will never be able to fit on og mercurials.
