Considering returning my EliteFTS American Cambered bar for this BWTG VHS bar as long as I can do flat bench with it. Is it comfortable doing flat bench with the BWTG VHS bar?
Been looking at the VHS Bar, it definitely brings some unique variations to the table. I own a Reps Direct FBB and a Kadillac Bar. Would you say the variations on the VHS stand out enough to add it while owning the above mentioned bars? Also, how do skullcrushers/lying triceps extensions feel with it?
Personally, I think it is probably the best bar on the market for Hammer curls and Viking presses without question. For rows, I think the FBB and Kadi are perfectly good.

Would you recommend this over the black widow multi grip press bar? I think I’ve narrowed it down to one of those two but it’s a tough decision
I have the original, he and I came up with it as a custom order for me and then he decided to add to his site. Took a while for us to land on a name 📼

@@DeepVoicedOne I dont belive there was a charge for clear at all but there was a charge to knurl the handles which is a must if you go clear coat.
